How to set a subscription item's level in a subscription group?

In Itunes Connect you can move subscription items up/down inside a subscription group to establish their relative level.

But if I have essentially the same subscription, but differing only in duration, how can I assign the subscription items to the same subscription level?

A user changing the subscription duration should be considered a crossgrade, not a upgrade or downgrade.

I see no way to set 2 subscriptions items to the same subscription level in a subscription group in itunes Connect.

Is my assumption that 2 subscription items can both have the same subscription level valid ??

Based on the behavior of the sandbox, this appears to be what is going on.

Lets say I have two subscription items, one for a month duration, and the other for a year duration.

Now user buys the month duration subscription. If the user tries to buy the month duration subscription, they get an error saying "already subscribed".

But if the user buys a year duration, the app store says that is OK, but tells the user than now his subscription will be renewed annually not monthly,

So I infer that iTunes Connect treats subscriptions in a subscription group as being in the same subscription level if they differ only by duration.

Now if the subscription group has 4 subscriptions in it, 2 for monthly duration and 2 for yearly duration, I suspect that iTunes connect considers this 2 subscription levels in the subscription group.
