TestFlight for Individual 'free' Developer

Scenario: I have the basic 'free' Developer account.

Goal: To testflight my app.


I've been following links all afternoon and still, I cannot create an entry into iTunes' Connect.

I tried via iTunes & via web-access: https://itunesconnect.apple.com/itc/views/static/gettingstarted.html


What's the step-by-step procedure of putting my app into TestFlight?

You can't. You must be a member of the paid developer program to use testflight and iTunesConnect for app

distribution. Free membership only allows you to install on your own device or use the simulator to run your

app.
