There are no iPhone only apps. All iPhone apps run on iPads either in ‘iPhone mode’ or as a universal app. There cannot be two apps with the same name. Different names include “App Name” and “App Name +”.

Thank you so much for this Answer. But I also wanted to do the same as what AylaMaris40 doing. I have a completely different layout between iPhone and iPads, and I don't make the app as Universal. I wanted to upload it to App Store under the same name. is that possible? Would you mind show me the way?
