Hi.

How does an app notify users of an available udpate / new version on the appstore? What has to be configured? Once approved - will the new version 'notify' the users - with an update 'badge'? How does this all work. Is it automatically or has to setup.?

You, post it, it gets approved or rejected, if approved the rest is handled by the OS.
