We’re creating an app that serves a closed backend service which currently only has a web interface. The service is a paid B2B service for internal company use only, ie. the app is not open to the public. Account creation is not possible from the app either, a user must register or be invited via the web interface, and then use those credentials to login to the app. The app itself has user generated content both as pictures and text (fixed form input + commenting).
The question is then, do all of the requirements for apps with user generated content (as described in section 1.2 of the review guidelines) apply to apps for closed groups such as this as well, or is the general service terms and EULA accepted when creating the service user (via web) enough to cover the requirements in this case?
