Not sure if anyone else has noticed this but in the latest version, Siri is not announcing anything with audio, just the visual on-screen. For example set a timer via Siri that would normally lead to audible feedback of 'roger, 5 minutes and counting' etc no does not announce anything.
Bug 37925609 raised but would be interested if anyone else is seeing this.
