I'm trying to install the latest public beta for 10.13.4 (testing Message syncing w/iOS). I installed the Public Beta Access Utility five days ago. System Preferences appears below. However when I go to App Store and check for updates, response is "No updates available". I've tried re-installing the utility several times - same result. Is there a way to actually uninstall the utility, then reinstall?

both public and dev beta downloads not available at the moment for some reason
if you have supplemental update installed it will not find 10.13.4 beta just done clean installation and the first thing I did was to install developer beta utility and 10.13.4 beta 3 was found straight away
I was able to install 10.13.4 public beta 4. I was unable to install beta 3. I did the 10.13.3 supplemental update. But for whatever reason I was able to install beta 4.
