This is every bad. Its so hard to contact suport team and I'm strug with Apple review process almost 1 month.
Now my app is ready for sale but not in the store. I tried so many way to figture it our but have no luck.
I try to contact Apple but its not their's office hours. Sent email to them 2 times and got nothing reply. I wonder why I have to pay you every year with very bad service like this. I'm gonna give up and no hope with this company anymore.
Yes, I am also facing this issue. And also report to customer support. But still do not have any response (27 hours from now on) . I have searched arround reddit and twitter anyway. Seems like, only asia suffer from this synchronize issue. Please help us
I have the same problem in France... Now more than 24h the app is Ready to Sale, and nothing apear in App Store... I have change the description, the availibity date and others manipulations, but nothing works...

*Very* frustrating. My app had been rejected multiple times for an issue that seems to be only with review systems and now the app doesn't get published! Approval has taken place on 7th of March. Email to iTunes Connect support is sent, no answer, yet.
Tax reports, available countries and so on are set correctly.
Manipulating my app description is not possible, because it's grayed out.
It's the same for me, I think I will upload another version to try conturn this bug. I have choose "Release manually" and I think that is the error... I hava a major Bug and this release will erase this bug.. I have 6k users waiting Apple... That is good... I will post news if I succeds !
Release manually wasn't the problem for me at least. I chose initial release after approval :-)
