Can't get to iTunes connect admin console.

Hello,


When I log to iTunes connect, I am getting redirected to "Getting started" page. Instead I should see the admin console of the apps.


What's wrong with my account?

This worked for me!

I got my system admin who set out our company's dev account to go to iTunes Connect and add me as an admin to iTunes Connect as well.

After that i was able to log in and see all the right buttons. YAY!

FIXED FOR ME.
Now that my account is linked as an Admin user to iTunes Connect.

I am getting the same issue, but some times I am able to get in and see my apps. It starts redirecting me if I am going to quickly for it and open multiple tabs.


Also how is it this issue has been happening for over 2 YEARS and no response from Apple?!!!!!!

Issue occurring as of today

I'm getting an infinite spinner - no redirection. Have tried on several different machines using Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Just started happening yesterday AFAIK.

OMG, they really should have a better feedback in the page to tell the user what's wrong with it.

Okay I solved it easily after throwing my computer out the window.


My url looked like this at the login screen:


https://itunesconnect.apple.com/login?module=PodcastsConnect&hostname=podcastsconnect.apple.com&targetUrl=%2F&failUrl=%2F


Take off the last part, the fail stuff and leave this:


https://itunesconnect.apple.com/login?module=PodcastsConnect&hostname=podcastsconnect.apple.com&targetUrl=/


Login and voila, you will finally login correctly.

Q
