I have submitted my application 8 days ago and its status is still "Waiting for review". I contacted Apple Developer Support and no response. What should I do?

You have no alternative except to continue waiting. Eight days isn't that long.
I had my app wait for review for 8 days, too.
I decide to give up tracking on the review status and just let it waiting as long as it wish.
When is the proper time to take other actions instead of waiting?
What else can a developer do if the app is wait for review for over weeks or months?
After several weeks, you can do a developer rejected and resubmit the app. That works sometimes.
