I have my app in '1.0 Ready for Sale' state (first version 1.0) at the App Store.
An 'App Store Preview' lookup presents the 'App information' next to the App Icon like:
- App name (lets say 'MustHave')
- Subtitle
- Developer name (my name - lets say 'John Doe')
- Price
The 'Trade Representative Contact Information' section at iTunes Connect comprises:
- My name (preprinted)
- First name + Last name (editable textfields)
- Address
- etc
I changed the textfield contents from my own name to the name of my newly acquired Limited liability company, called lets say 'Ajax'.
I started developing the app before acquiring my company, and used a domain-name I have - say 'awesomeˈ - for the app bundle identifier, which therefore has the form 'com.awesome.apps.MustHave'.
I'm about to prepare next version 1.1 - and would like to know if 'Ajax' will then replace 'John Doe' in the Developer name line? This is what I would prefer.
If not, what steps should I follow to accomplish this? I'm not prepared to start all over with another bundle identifier, just to have a next version ready for sale.
Any help is greatly appreciated 🙂
