For the last few hours (6th April 2018, about 6-9pm UTC) I've been unable to generate promo codes. I've tried a Mac and iOS app and get the same error:

running into the same issue. I opened a ticket. My recommendation is to open a ticket as well to show the urgency of this issue
EDIT: As of 4pm Central time, I can generate promo codes
Yep, they've (finally) fixed it. Pretty shocking that it took so long...

Glad I am not the only one. We also cannot generate promo codes for our paid apps or our in-app purchases. This problem happens with different browsers on both Mac and PC.
I opened a case with Apple.
I was just able to generate a code again 🙂
