I'm fed up with this. I write a detailed message and press Submit, and I get that. I press back, and my composition is gone. I think it happens most often when I've logged in only recently, i.e. I've read a few posts, decide to reply to one and log in. At that point, if I close everything and start again and find the thread I want to reply to then it works. But if I don't do that then I run the risk of being told I'm "unauthorized" and losing whatever I've written. This isn't rocket science! Why do we put up with it?

To solve a problem with my app I submitted a DTS ticket one week ago (13097367) but beside the automated response I received no feedback or help. The ticket is also not listed in the list of DTS tickets in my Developer Account dashboard. How can I check, if the ticket has been received correctly and is being processed? Thanks!

It appears that on older posts the code blocks are completely broken. For example https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/678075 show the code block as a single inline value. ... and yet, Apple's staff think it's appropriate to post lame responses thanking them for their interest in the forums. Come on, guys! It's obvious spam! Mark it as such and delete it. It's not beyond your abilities to stop people posting the word "WhatsApp" plus a phone number. You already stop us posting certain web links, so you can do this. If you continue ignoring the spam problem, then these forums will become less and less useful. Why should I contribute my free time to help others when you won't even help us?

Hello, I tried posting about an issue I'm experiencing with HCE, and no matter the text I type, I get error "This post contains sensitive language. Please revise it in order to continue." Is there any option to resolve it?

When I view the forums on my iPhone in landscape mode, the information distribution is not great: Not-so-important four numbers take the whole right half of available space, with important information such as title and description being truncated. Hope this is just a bug and will be fixed!

Every time I visit these forums, a banner is displayed at the top asking me to opt-in to notifications. I click "opt-in," the banner disappears, and no notifications are sent. If I visit my forum profile, it says my browser isn't allowing notifications: If I look in Settings-&gt;Websites, in the list of "These websites have asked for permission to show alerts in Notification Center," there are no apple.com websites whatsoever, including developer.apple.com. "Allow websites to ask for permission to send notifications" is checked, and I have many other websites in that list. I consider this to be a bug in Safari, but maybe it’s an issue with the forum itself (although I doubt it). I've submitted a Radar for it, but haven't heard anything back (I never do). EDIT: I realize I should've put this in another category, but it won't let me change that now.

Hi, Our organization develops a Mac app and distributes it our of the Mac store. We have been creating App.dmg files for this and signed it with the Developer ID Application certificate and uploaded them for notarization using "xcrun notarytool". Everything was working fine until we created a new Developer ID Installer certificate to test the new App.pkg installer and uploaded it for notarization to the Apple server. It's been 3 days now and our production pipeline is stuck because all the submissions remain in In-Progress state and do not proceed further. Details of the submission:- createdDate: 2025-01-03T06:44:20.306Z id: 7af70d77-1bab-4b17-aeba-7ddc75c030f9 name: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.pkg status: In Progress Since then, no submission(even for .dmg files) are processing through. I’ve raised a ticket with the support team as well, but it hasn’t helped. What more can we try to get out of this hole?

I want to delete an unpublished post (still under review) on the Developer Forums. How do I do that? I have already added a comment requesting the deletion of the post, but I want to ensure that it is indeed deleted and never goes public.

Nothing ever shows in my "Watching" tab. I've tried toggling the watch (bell) button on & off for threads I'm trying to watch, but this doesn't help. The setting sticks per thread, meaning that if I start watching a thread and reload the page, the icon shows as filled. These threads just never show up in the "Watching" tab for me. The only thread I saw mentioning this is from 2021 (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/681641). Starting a new thread since that was was marked as answered.
