How can I update or change my iOS Developer Program account information?

How can I update the Apple ID and/or email address associated with my account?

To update the Apple ID and/or email address associated with your account, visit My Apple ID and click "Manage your account". Once you sign in with your current Apple ID and password, you can make the desired changes to your account.

How do I add the Mac Developer Program to my existing account?

If you would like to add the Mac Developer Program to your existing account, simply visit Member Center to purchase and activate your new program.

How do I add members to my iOS development team?

If you are enrolled in the iOS Developer Program as a company and hold either the Agent or Admin role, you can invite co-workers to join your development team by visiting the People tab in Member Center.

Members of your development team can access the technical resources and benefits included with your iOS Developer Program.

How do I transfer my Agent role and account responsibilities to another team member?

You may transfer your Agent role by visiting the Your Account tab in Member Center and selecting Transfer Agent Role to start the process. Please note that the person you assign as your new Agent must have the legal authority to bind your company/organization to the Apple Developer Program legal agreements.

How many iOS devices can I register for testing and Ad Hoc distribution?

You are allowed to register up to 100 iOS devices for testing and Ad Hoc distribution per membership year. Please Note: Although you may remove a device from your account, it will continue to count against your 100 device limit.

How do I reset my list of iOS development devices in the Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles?

At the start of your new membership year, Team Agents or Admins can sign in to the iOS Provisioning Portal to remove listed devices and restore the available device count to 100 devices. Be sure to remove all devices you no longer use for development prior to adding any new devices.

Can I transfer my app to another account?

You can transfer qualifying apps to another account using iTunes Connect, which is useful in the case of an acquisition, asset purchase, or similar situation. When you transfer an app, it will remain available on the App Store or Mac App Store, all ratings and reviews will carry over, and users will continue to have access to future updates. If I am enrolled as an individual, can I change to a company membership?

Yes. To convert your iOS Developer Program membership from an individual to a company, please contact us. You can make this change only if you are the founder/co-founder of the company. As part of the conversion process, you may be asked to submit business documents to verify your company's identity.

Can I use the Apple ID associated with my iOS Developer Program to join the iOS Developer Enterprise Program?

No. You must set up a new Apple ID to join the iOS Developer Enterprise Program.

If I am already enrolled in an iOS Developer Program, how do I add another iOS or Mac Developer Program to my existing account?

If you would like to add an iOS or Mac Developer Program to your existing account, simply visit Member Center to purchase your new program.
