Inside our app, after login (user side), getting grey screen on homepage.

There is no sign-in, password based login, user can login via otp inside this mobile application. There is no username and password based login, new users have to register (OTP-based) and then they can login via OTP. What the hell should I do? I'm stuck since months and there seems to be no solution from the support team.
