sometimes I've found in other versions of iOS this can be caused by an exchange calendar (if you are using exchange.) So just turn off the calendar for a little and turn it back on and let it re-sync.Also always try the double button restart (or two finger salute) to restart the phone (i.e. home and power.)Hope this works.~Ivy

calendarItemExternalIdentifier is modified after calendar sync? Need help
Hi, I'm facing an issue where I try to store the calendarItemExternalIdentifier in order to retrieve an EKEvent for later use. the problem is the following. When using a local calendar, the identifier never changes, so I can retrieve the EKEvent quite easily. However, when using a EKCalendarTypeExchange calendar, I firstly get an id after saving, and once the calendar app is syncyng, the event has a new calendarItemExternalIdentifier.Could someone could try to help me figuring out if a reliable method exist in uniquely identifying an Event in the calendar?

Healthkit sleep
Sleep data in the calendar view seems to double for some reason. My only input source is Sleep Cycle. Shows up fine in the graphs but as soon as I go to calendar view it is doubled. Also, strangely, it is correct for the day that you're on, but wrong for all previous days. Anyone else getting this? I would submit a bug report but I keep going round in circles trying to do so.

Reply to Calendar Does Not Sync iOS 9/WatchOS 2
I had the same problem and tried two things: 1) I made sure all of my items were synched with icloud and then turned off synching on my phone, deleted the calendar from my phone, re-enabled synching and let everything repopulate on my phone. 2) Performed the Reset Sync Data on my Apple Watch App on my phoneWithin a few minutes everything had synched back to my phone and is now showing up on my watch. I hope this helps, as I'm not sure exactly which activity solved my problem.Good Luck!

Reply to High idle CPU usage
It seems there is a huge problem with contacts syncing in beta 2 and maybe already beta 1 which causes constantly high cpu usage (i.e. soagent, callservicesd and calendaragent due to Birthday Calendar). My assumption: There are some single contacts in Address Book which El Capitan is not able to process due to unknown reasons (probably wrong or irregular birthday field). However, I was yet not able to identify the exact contact(s) in my Address Book which causes theses troubles. The console does not give enough information.

Reply to Calendar Sync Issue
Yup I can't get Exchange calendar syncing working at all. Plus, whilst mail syncs fine, it doesn't half cause my phone to get warm!Have resorted to disabling Exchange account and just using the Outlook app for the moment.(iOS 9 Beta 2 - iPhone 6)

Same issues. It definitely is related to iOS 9 because it affects both an iPhone and iPad that are on iOS 9 beta 2. Tried to turn on/off calendars, tried to completely remove my exchange account and re-add and finally even tried a restore but nothing helped. I can see some appointments from 2014, but nothing at all from 2015.Just as a test I added the same exchange calendar to anothjer iPad that is on iOS 8.3 and there was no problem at all.

Exact same experience for me. Thankfully the Outlook app is working fine against my Office 365 Exchange instance. I do have multifactor authentication enabled for 365. I get around 50% of my calendar items syncing as expected.
