I am getting the same error. I get all of the way theough the purchase process and when I try to cpmlete the order, I get the same error.

Same here. No go for renewal.

And another +1, tried several times yesterday and last night to renew my account. The screen just sits at processing and a little wheel turns and turns, but nothing ever happens.

I sent a note to their support team, I also checked the system statuses and no problems were indicated. And yet, it kind of seems like there's a problem

Same here. I have been trying for 3 days now.

Contacted developer support two days ago on this and they acknowledged the problem. They requested screenshots of the error and system information so their team can find a solution. My case is still open and have not heard back from them yet.

I'm not seeing contract information at check out but having the issue as well.

CONTACT correction was needed on the final page.

YES !! after multiple failures over days, I noticed on the Final Checkout page that my displayed CONTACT Phone Number was not formatted correctly.

When I corrected the Phone Number everything worked OK.
