I'm on 18A314h, and attempted to upgrade this morning to 18A326g. The download started and apparently stopped (while I was not at my computer) and now Software Update just tells me "Your Mac is up to date" even though I'm still on 18A314h.
Is there something I can do it "force" it?
In Terminal
sudo softwareupdate -i -a
enter password
This worked for me! I thought I'd tried all the force-installs I could think of in Terminal. Thank you so much!

Well after numerous attempts I gave up. Went to pub and several hours later came home to find the update was available. Hey ho.......
I was able to download and install Beta 3 today around lunch time.
It was. Happy to report that the update appeared for me this evening.

I have the Beta 2 installed on an external SSD. Connected to a MBP I was also not able to upgrade within the last 5 days. Even the update via the Terminal failed.
Now I plugged the external SSD in to an iMac and the update was successful during the first attempt.
