I am trying to login to itunesconnect. After login all I get is a blank page. Nothing. Is it down?

Still down for me here in the US, tried multiple browsers / OS's / Devices... No luck.
Its still acting up. Sometimes its up and sometimes its down. (blank page). There is no consistency.
Still not working for me in Sydney Aust too. At least now the system status page is now saying:
iTunes Connect

not very helpful, but at last confirming this is a know issue... just wish there can be more info and a time estimate of when it will get fix.

Same here in New Zealand, has been for 24 hours. Helpdesk claims there is no problem.
I have not experienced any difficulty logging in since yesterday like people report, but in-app purchases in the sandbox are rejected for my app. I "hope" it's related.

[workaround] I used VPN to UK and iTC worked fine. Finally submitted for review!

Still the same in OZ. Nothing more to offer but just hoping if the thread grows Apple may let us know what is happening to resolve it.
We've been having the same issue the entire weekend (Dunedin, New Zealand). However, logging in through our render farm in Atlanta does work. I've heard of another dev doing the same thing through a hired VM in Las Vegas. I don't know if this is a location issue, but certainly some machines have access that others don't.
