I am trying to login to itunesconnect. After login all I get is a blank page. Nothing. Is it down?

Confirming that this is still a problem (Wellington, NZ), having just tested on Chrome and Safari. Apple status page is currently saying there are no problems though.
Still an issue for me here in the northeast US. Four days and counting.
The Twitter chatter.... At least one person says his issue has been forwarded to Apple engineering...
Not working in Tasmania, Australia. Tried a number of computers and browsers.
And now appears to be back, working ok, in the NE U.S. 🙂
