is itunes connect down?

I am trying to login to itunesconnect. After login all I get is a blank page. Nothing. Is it down?

Try the workaround given by Matthew Lenton on his Twitter Feed:

I'm sure he's tried to post his workaround here, but he probably included links to the before and after pics in his post, which would have sent it into moderation (a state of limbo that can last many days).


It's been confirmed as working on 9to5mac.com (It has it's own article). The pictures are a little hard to read due to being low res, but basically:


  1. Open https://itunesconnect.apple.com in Chrome
  2. Use the built-in JavaScript debugger in Chrome Developer Tools under the "Sources" tab.
  3. Look at page-wrapper_cntrl.js
  4. Add break-point at line 29 of the script (or earlier)
  5. Reload page
  6. Remove line 46 });
  7. In line 32, substitute data.data; with {};
  8. Remove line 31
  9. Unpause the debugger

Back up now!

Tuesday morning, finally connected!

Confirming can connect again as well.

I can connect (Perth, Australia) but the Payments and Financial Reports > Earnings page comes up with a WebObjects error. Anyone have trouble with that page?

Same here I have had this problem for two days and filed a radar. I also have not been able to save changes in a product

It has been very spotty for me for the past 2 days. I managed to upload a binary and push past beta review, but it was hit or miss.

I am seeing this error with iTunes connect as well even on Monday 27.7. 2015. Does anyone know any source, where it is stated when this will be fixed?


My problems:

* Build previously submitted to Beta pre-release testing is now missing.

* All of my external testers are missing.

Still hit or miss with me as well..

I'm having the same problem on 29 July. The system status page incorrectly reports the iTunes connect is up. How do we report that it's down? There isn't a link that I can find...
