I want to ask you if there is any program that initialize application suddenly.
Many users of our application have informed us that application was suddenly initialized and all data was deleted. If they log in via SNS, We tried our best to solve the problem and rewrite code, but it still happens.
I thought it might be because OS delete cache of applications since update of iOS11, but this initialization started happening often from this April and it doesn't match the time of iOS11 update. so I wonder there is similar program of iOS to initialize application.
