Apps rejected with the same reason

Hello, guys.

First app: http://take.ms/QSh8h

Second app: http://take.ms/AOuJpF

My apps is rejected with the same reason:

"This type of app has been identified as one that may violate one or more of the following App Store Review Guidelines. Specifically, these types of apps often:

1.1.6 - Include false information, features, or misleading metadata.

2.3.0 - Undergo significant concept changes after approval

2.3.1 - Have hidden or undocumented features, including hidden "switches" that redirect to a gambling or lottery website

3.1.1 - Use payment mechanisms other than in-app purchase to unlock features or functionality in the app

3.2.1 - Do not come from the financial institution performing the loan services

4.3.0 - Are a duplicate of another app or are conspicuously similar to another app

5.2.1 - Were not submitted by the legal entity that owns and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app

5.2.3 - Facilitate illegal file sharing or include the ability to save, convert, or download media from third party sources without explicit authorization from those sources

5.3.4 - Do not have the necessary licensing and permissions for all the locations where the app is used"

What can I do? I don't violate this guidelines, I am developer and I made this apps for mysefl from scratch. I don't use any third-party libraries.

Sad to say, your comment is the latest in a long line where absolutely nothing is said about the app itself, yet a plea is made about what to do with it/them.

I get that a rejection tends to sour the mood, but I don't get why in so many examples, it narrows things down where the post ends up as nothing more than a complaint at best, spam at worst, thinly masked as a request for help.

You've done nothing to help others help you. Don't make us guess. See For Best Results - Read the Label

Good luck.

Is it a gambling or money lending app ? You get 10 very precise reasons for rejection. You should analyze each of them, not to try to justify yourself, but to really understand why you violate this rule or made reviewer think your app violated those rules.

No, this apps work very simple: one app put custom picture to Adress Book contact avatar. Another app just save pictures to Photo library. They don't redirect users to sites, don't show any bad contant or something else 🙂

I also analyzed every resons for rejection - app doesn't violate any of them.

So lets wait for Apple answer.

My apps still was not rejected and was not approved. I am waiting for more than 20 days with "In Review" status. I asked the support what's happening, and got the same template answer:

"

Thank you for contacting App Store Review to get the status of your app, "Fruit Kicker."

We have escalated this information to the appropriate internal team. If needed, they will follow up with you directly.

There is no further action that you need to take at this time. If you have additional questions or concerns, however, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
