I uploaded a new build of a current version number yesterday (7-16-2015). Today, it is still stuck in the "Processing" state.
Used Xcode 6.4 for the build and the Application Loader tool as usual.
Any ideas on a timeline for this to get fixed? I need to get this build to my testers soon...

Didn't find a resolution yet, but something is happening.
I just noticed the state changed back to "Uploaded".
I have my fingers crossed.
Nevermind, I think it is the same. I believe the status has always been "Uploaded" since yesterday.
My build is processing for more than 5 hours. I try to upload a new build , but it stucks still. Please help. Thanks

iTunes Connect seemed to be having a number of issues yesterday including stuck builds and login problems. I would recommend uploading a new build and waiting a few hours as I suspect there is now a backlog of apps to be processed. - Tom
same issue here
stuck in processing too. Permanetly shows "uploaded". build cannot be selected for app submission. I have uploaded 3 times within 24 hours. Done with uploading, now will sit and wait. Check back every 12 hours. now its weekend, hopefullt by monday issue will be fixed.
We're having the same problem as well. App stuck for about 18 hours now. Submitted again earlier today, now two are stuck.
We tried submitting another build to our QA app about an hour ago, this one is stuck as well.

One uploaded successfully but I cant find it in iTunes Connect... it has been 24 hours now.
The other says the build needs to be higher than the previous build... (old build 1.1, new build 1.3 ... yea i dont get it... but last time i checked 1.3 > 1.1)
