Hi everyone, we sell smart band in Japan, these are L38i and Gobe2, we plan to make a new fitness tracker app that combine these SDKs to support our customers. I knew Apple app-reviewer can't have these bracelets (L38i and Gobe2) so i want to ask what should I do before submit my app to app store.
1. Should we enroll as "organization" or "individual" ?
2. How can Apple reviewer test my app without these bracelet ?

1. If your app is branded with hardware your company makes, owns & sells, choose organization. Just be sure the association between the two is clear so you don't risk violating ASRG's Section 5.2.1 Intellectual Property
2 You can create a short video that demonstrates the app working with the device, then put it on the net where app review can find it, telling them the link and any logon, etc. via that app's meta data/notes. If they need more info, you can expect them to make contact with you about it. This video has the added benefit of being the Preview video for that app in the store.
Hi everyone, we successfull published our app to App Store. Now, we are developing new feature named "Running Contest". People who reach the target (steps count) of the contest in the shortest time will be the winner and they will receive small amount of money (Japanese Yen).
I have read https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines/#gaming-gambling-and-lotteries . Do we need licensing, restrict user ? It is not Gambling or Lottery. I want to know what should I prepare in this update to compliant with App Store Policy?
