Unable to Save in iTunes Connect My Apps

Saving in iTunes Connect is not working. I've tried it on both Chrome and Safari.

Chrome will not let me save screenshot uploads, while Safari will not let me save new translations.


Anyone else experiencing this?

I experience this problem too.


I add a new language for my app in itunesconnect and click in the "Save" button. It shows the error

We're temporarily unable to save your changes. Please try again later.


Then I delete all images that are copied from the "English" language(the main language that I used). After that I click in the save button, then it works, but this is a big problem, I need to re-add all images again in the new language, this process must be repeated for each new language that you add. If you want to use the "English" screenshots, you need to "re"add all of them in all 5 sizes(4.7, 5.5, 4, 3.5, ipad)

I get the message: "We're temporarily unable to save your changes. Please try again later."


It has been like this for over 8 hours already.

I'm experiencing the same problem.

I've added Italian localization to my app and I'm trying to localize the decription through itunes connect.

I can save without any problem If I don't add other localizations... as soon as I add Italian to the "localized" list (top right of the "Versions" area) and I try to save I get the error "We're temporarily unable to save your changes" and I can't release the new version of My App.

I experience another strange problem. If I switch to Italian's version and I click over one of the screen-size for the screenshots (i.e. 5.5.inch) I see a loading weel that spins forever...

I also get this problem when I add another localization to my new version, over 3 day, so unable to update my app😟. I think this is a bug in itunesconnect...

iTunes Connect has been down for a couple of days, causing all sorts of problems. It's only just in the last few hours that it seems to be coming back online for some. The longest thread on it here is:

Thanks god. Finally I know it is not my fault. I have same problem as well.


Hopefully Apple will fix it ASAP.

I has send a bug report to Apple, and they replied a few hours ago, it seems they didn't know the problem at all😟, they just ask me to clear browser cookies, but it doesn't work.

Made a new post about a new issue i uncovered but I'll mention it here as well anyway.


I am also unable to create new iOS apps.


I have contacted them with regards to the previous issue and they replied back after a day asking for a repeat of the information I had already provided. I have not heard from them since (1-2 days already). Seems they are busy handling some iOS9 bugs or what not.


Hopefully Apple gets to the bottom of this soon.

Did you reported the problem using the contact form from Itunes Connect? I think it is important to share your information so that itunes connect guys have some more data to work on.
