How to Submit an FDA Approval?

Hi folks,

I'm submitting an application that (according to guidelines (https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines/) requires an FDA approval if its not coming from a health institute.

1. How can I attach the approval with my application submission?

2. If not from a United States FDA authority, will it still be accepted?

3. Does this apply to all applications that may be classified under section 1.4 of the guidelines?

There is an attachment link at the bottom on the Prepare for Submission page, I would think that would be the place to attach your FDA approval. You can submit these file types pdf, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .pages, .xls, .xlsx, .numbers, .zip, .rar, .plist, .crash, .jpg, .png, .mp4, or .avi.
