HI everyone,

I recently noticed that all my apps have stopped requesting iAds as of (roughly) 6/10/2015. Previously I had fairly significant monthly revenue coming from iAds; this past month was virtually $0 due to this issue. I've contacted iAds support but have not yet received a response.

Has anyone else experienced this? Have any ideas why they would have stopped? I haven't updated the apps in quite a while (early 2014) so it wouldn't be anything going awry with an update. Any ideas on how to resolve this or how to get in touch with someone in iAds support would be greatly appreciated.

I sent an email to the iAd team a few days ago but have not heard anything yet, I updated my app on the 28th Oct and have not had any adverts show at all since then, but my development version connects to then iAds server as it should.

So my guess is the problem is on Apple's side..

So i'm playing the waiting game, which is frustrating after a years development time of my game...

Exact same here. Sudden drop overnight from 29. osct to 30. oct...

No response from Apple for over a week.

Those instructions seem wrong. There is no Subject-line...

Tried it anyway.

Believe I did the same thing over a week ago.

Having the same issue. Haven't been recieving any ads since the start of November. Filed a report and am yet to hear anything back.

I'm having the same issue since Oct 30, no revenue, zero requests, zero impressions ... in All 18 Apps ...

I wrote support many times but nothing!!! ... No reply!!! No Solution!!!!!

Did you ever resolve this?

Has same problem since 30-10-2015

I make more then 5 requests via "Contact us" at itunesconnect.

They fix it!

They fixes it till 5 week ! Two day's ago iAd starts showing again...

Not good, Apple...
