Did you write to apple after you got the first message (expected to longer review message)

Got the same message 1 hour ago, I wonder how long will I wait. New account (1 week old). Now I wonder if I should upload that app on my other older account.

We have completed our investigation and have determined that your Apple Developer Program membership, or another membership associated with your developer account, has been used for dishonest or fraudulent activity. This is prohibited by Section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement:

"You will not, directly or indirectly, commit any act intended to interfere with the Apple Software or Services, the intent of this Agreement, or Apple’s business practices including, but not limited to, taking actions that may hinder the performance or intended use of the App Store, Custom App Distribution, or the Program."

For this reason, your Apple Developer Program membership will be terminated. This appeal decision is final, and any subsequent appeals you file will be closed without review.

My account was create by myself, I paid it with my card.

My app was create by myself, only has AdMob SDK...

I had a similar situation just today. In the morning, my app got reviewed (last approved update before that was 6 weeks ago), and it was in review and approved. Then we had to do a "developer rejection" as there was still an issue we hadn't notices.

I am not sure what is happening, since so many of us have a similar issue. The app has a subscription model, and we are a business from Hong Kong. But I doubt that there is a connection here.

Same message for me. App has been live for over two years, same for developer account. Anyone's app finally reach "ready for sale"?

I submit another app after near 1 month. It seemed ok then

I got this message on Jun 2nd, still nothing.

The lesson I learned is that we should really avoid (unless really critical issue in the release) rejecting our own app. That seems to create a lot of delays and potentially problems.

Unfortunately, the safest (but not most user friendly) seems to be to proceed and post send immediately a new release (that even happened with some developers tools…)

the end of my rejection was signed apple review board.

Hello. I get the same message and deleted my app after this. Is that ok? I also wrote a letter to Apple support and asked them to stop reviewing my App. What do you think about my steps? Are they ok or not?

Same thing happened to me. It was in review for 12ish hour, then I got the same message and the binary was rejected. I emailed support like they said and have not heard back yet.

I received the same message, but my app was in review for only 4 minutes. I haven't contacted Apple and submitted a new binary (found a small bug while waiting for the review). Now my app is waiting for review again for 12 hours. I assume they are pretty busy with WWDC these days but seeing how some accounts were terminated following this message worries me even if I didn't do anything wrong AFAIK. Would be a relief to see that someone got their submission approved after getting this message

Day 17 for me and still no update...

I also contacted support and got this. I guess all we can do is wait.

At this time, there is no additional information to provide, and the review of your app is taking longer than expected. In addition, your concerns have already been escalated to the appropriate team, and once we have completed our review, we will notify you via the Resolution Center.

Wow 17 days, this seems super excessive for reviewing apps. Has anyone had any luck resubmitting after getting this rejection?

Apple protects the user experience and gives developers a bad experience.

I have same message after update app.
My app was live on appstore for 3 months ( 13 version updated).

Did you rejected it while waiting for review?

After getting the same message a few days ago, I emailed support just like it said. I recently heard back with a generic message:

Thank you for contacting App Store Review. From your request, I understand that you are following up on the message that you received in the Resolution Center in regard to your app. I understand your concern regarding the extended review time of your app. However, we still need additional time for review. No action has been taken against your app at this time, and I have escalated your request to the appropriate internal team. Currently, there is nothing more that you need to do, and after we complete your app’s review, we will notify you via the Resolution Center of any next steps.

No further updates. Not sure if I will need to resubmit or just wait it out. It would be a bummer to have to wait weeks to months like other devs are having to do.

Does anybody has any updates? Any approved and reviewed apps after this message?
