It's unacceptable that suddenly all builds uploaded (above 30mb or so, but these turn into 150mb or more when bitcode is included) take several hours or days even in Processing time. They don't come out of this state and it's impossible to test apps using TestFlight anymore. We sit and wait but testers run out of patience and bugs need to be identified and squashed in a timely fashion.
Where can i disable symbole transfer ?

In the panel which is called "Summary" after your click "Export" in Xcodes organizer window. It shows the app icon and "Binary and entitlements". On the buttom you will find two checkboxes for including symbols and bitcode.

Tried to submit one today, and same problem as everyone else. Sitting in "Processing" for hours, not to mention the previous builds still sitting there from weeks ago. Submitted a support ticket to ITC and got a generic response, then nothing.
Very frustrating, especially since I have clients I am trying to get a beta build to to get a iOS 9 version out, and they are getting frustrated at me.
Has anyone had a successful upload ?
Nope, sorry. Samt situation here. Tried uploading another build as well (as I read that might help), but that is now only listed as Uploaded while the old one is still processing. Guessing this is an issue on their end. Have not received any emails alerting me to problems either other than having push notifications code (in development) while not being registered for it. Stripped that in build #2, but that has not been touched yet.

You guys need to report this as a bug to Apple so they know how many people are experiencing it. Without reporting it, Apple won't fix it.

My radar is 22544199, filed back on September 2nd. I also have a cases open with iTunes Support, but they are keeping relatively quiet with updates.
Been trying to alert Apple about this since mid-August. Until the official iOS 9 release they were rejecting any support cases on this issue, because they apparently don't want to know about problems that are just about to go production.
My radar is 22813844. Two days ago, my submissions were processed OK within minutes, but the ones I did yesterday (and again 5 hours ago) are still stuck...
