Hi everyboby,
I got a problem with iTunes Connect : when I upload with Xcode 7 or Application Loader my build is uploaded and appear on iTunes connect, however my build is just "Downladed" ("Téléchargé") and doesn't go to "process" ("Traitement en cours") step :
So i can't submit my new builds to apple...
I tried to disable bitcode and not including App Symbol : same problem.
It's like that since one week...
Can someone have an idea ?

Please note that there is a new section in iTunes Connect website that provides detailed information on issues with builds. For the problematic app; note that in My Apps, below the name of the app is a new link (View Issues). Clicking View Issues will take you to the resolution center, which shows the details of the error message and gives you a way to communicate with the team. There are several new tabs including Activity, TestFlight, et. al. I suggest a review of each tab, and clicking the links because the new site includes screenshots and crash logs from Apple as well as extended steps on the build submission. I think this may be used to resolve most underlying build issues and gives one a means of contacting the relevant team.
So have you got any solutions, i am facing same problem..
