9/2015 where did they move the reject binary feature

Does anyone know where they put the reject binary feature in the latest sept 2015 release of itunes connect?
It used to show up as a circled minus sign next to the binary. now that icon is gone.

Tried the googlemachine but no luck...

and has anyone else noticed that since they changed the format of these forums that many fewer people participate?

i have trouble finding anything in here.

DITTO.

WHAT HAPPENED TO ITUNES CONNECT?

At the very least, give us SOME control and allow us to reject our own binaries like in days past.

The doc still says that that dunction is available, but it is JUST NOT THERE.

It is very, very frustrating.

I found the magic way. There is like a text paragraph at the beginning of the build info with a hyperlink (as part of the text instructions) that says ____reject your binary___ Well, it is not instructions, that hyperlink is the actual way to reject your binary. New UI design. Hyperlinks instead of buttons.

Also for some reason we do not get emails when somebody responds to our posts anymore. This seemed to go away when they went to this new forum style like in ios8 maybe? I forget. It was a while ago.

Just a "me too", I'm afraid. I've tried looking for a hyperlink and I can't find "reject"; can't find a button to pull the build on the mobile app ... all I can do is set to manually release and then not do so. I've uploaded the new binary. Hmmm.

Help!

oh i tried to upload a snapshot example but that doesnt seem to work in this new forum format either 😟

anyway, go to your app in itunesconnect and on the left side there is a list of versions like:

1.8 Waiting For Review

click on that and then you get this message across the top and a huge blue 'info' icon on the left:

"You can edit all information while your version is waiting for review. To submit a new build, you must remove this version from review."

(the end of that sentince "you must remove..." is the actual remove button from what i recall. i dont want to press it to test, because my app has been waiting,

but i think that was it...)

I see the link but it doesn't seem to work for me.

Ditto here. The link to do that is just not present. No icon next to the build number. No link at the top of the version page. I've done this many times in the past and it is just gone. This seems like a big problem.

That link does not seem to exist.

Same here, this is so frustrating. Still no word for my support request about this. I'm starting to think they aren't allowing us to Developer Reject binaries anymore, while in the 'Waiting for review' phase. Becuase they are actively working on the page source code, removing remnants of the rejection button.

Call 'em up (be polite) and push back - there's no reason for it to be this difficult.

If dev self-rejects are suddenly verboten (?!), they should come out and say so, but to cause confusion just to say they tweaked the iTC UI isn't a step forward, IMHO. Apple needs to know how disconcerting changes like this are in a process that is already non-trivial.

Nope. The huge blue box doesn't even show anymore. At least not consistently. Literally zero way of rejecting the app myself. Filed a bug report. *Please* everyone else do the same so they fix it quickly.

There is another post on the forum on this topic. Some developers have it and others don't. Some developers have it for some apps and not for others! And some developers believe that you need to submit a new build in order for the link to appear while others think that you must submit a bug report for the link to appear.

The reject binary button can be found in the iTunes Connect app on your iPhone or iPad.

Sign in, select apps and you'll see those waiting for review/in review etc. The reject this

binary button is there. It seems to be hit or miss on the website though.

I'm looking in the app and I cannot find a reject binary button there either.

Apple have dropped the ball with this one.

I really tried to pin them down on whether they really fixed the bug, or just every time I contact them (i had to contact them twice).

Well, they said they fixed it, however I don't know if they fixed it for everyone or just me.

I asked if I would have to contact them every time I needed to reject a binary.

They skirted the issue and just said it's fixed. The problem is the 'Engineers' have poor communication with the Support staff. Support just doesn't know if the issue is completely fixed. I don't care anymore because it seems to be working for me.

You need to contact them if the link is taking too long to appear. And yes, if the link isn't appearing in the webpage then the app doesn't work either.

This is totally aggravating! The reject binary button is not in the web page nor the itunes connect app anymore.

I'm waiting for support to get back with me.
