How to transfer an enterprise app from one account to another

We have 2 developer accounts in our company.

Currently APP1 supporting APNS is owned by account1

But for business reasons we want the app to be transferred to account2

What is the process to do it?

We need the bundle id to remain same, so that end users do not have any issues with upgrades, and its not treated as 2 different apps

Any help is appreciated.

You're talking about Enterprise, in the Enterprise Distribution forum, but you claim to be working with two Developer/Store accounts (and end users, not employees)...they are not the same thing - ignoring Enterprise for the moment, see:
