Battery Use Worse

Prior to the update to watchOS 2, battery use was very consistent at about 4% an hour during the day. Put watch on at say 6AM and by 11 PM battery would be down to something close to 30%. That was with OS 1.01.

Since the upgrade to watchOS2, battery use has been running about 10% an hour, roughly double or so the rate. Put watch on at 6AM and now at 2:30 PM its down to 16%.

Anyone else seeing this level of change?

I think battery drain is sometimes to be expected the first day or two as things sync.

I was having an issue where my watch would be dead after 4 hours for the past week though. Finally, I reset all content and settings on the watch, and now it seems to be working normally. No change in installed apps or anything like that.

So if after a couple of days you are still having excessive drain, might try resetting the Watch.

I have been seeing the drain as a very inconsistent - some days I drain down to 10% by 2pm (starting at 6:30), other days it can last all the way to 7pm (still no where as long as before - but as BETA I am not that worried). I've also noticed a lot more loss of network, which may be causeing some of the drain. I tend to leave my iPhone upstairs when I am home. While I have good wirelss through out the house, I am finding that I lose connection on the watch.

I don't mind the extra battery drain, I just wish it was more consistent. Yesterday my watch was 100% at 6:30AM and when it was put onto charge at 11:30PM was 32%. Today it was 100% at 6:30AM and completely dead 7 hours later. That's a 4 times greater drain rate and if anything I used it less today.

Hi,! Tratas ist is good! But where can I do that on the phone?

thank you

sorry!! Misspelled
