I just renewed my Membership on Apples Dev Site, and now I'm trying to update to macOS Sierra - went to the Dev Download Site, redeemed my Download Code via the Download Button and started to download the Update, but had to disconnect my Internet-Cable. But now (of course, after reconnecting the Cable) the download isn't working anymore. I tried to restart my Computer, removed all Caches, even resetted my NVRAM, but I'm still stuck on that:

After talking with the support rep, either she did something after our call or the server has reduced its load. As of the past 10 minutes, all of the sudden it's now working! It wasn't working all morning and haven't changed anything but not says 15 minutes to download on both my two other computers. Just clicked download. So hopefully it's working now for everyone else as well or if its not, hopefully the change will propogate across the internet.
Just download on my second and third device, both yesturday weren't working. I did nothing but wait and it worked.
Yay! Mine is suddenly working too - they must have fixed the problem (or traffic to the server has gone down).
The 800 number worked. The extemely cheerful support person sent me an updated REDEMPTION number. I redeemed it. It seemd to not do anything after wards, so I quite the app. I saw the "Waiting" status in Launchpad. 5 min later it started downloading!
Yes ... 1 rendeem code one machine ... not sure why they do this.
I had to use 2 code with the same Apple ID on a MacBook Pro and on an iMac ...
Could someone post the Hash for the instailler file so i can see if the one i've downloaded is modified or not
just clickt he purchased tab and click the downlowd botton and it worked for me
Called this number 800 633 2152 and talked to a beautiful sounding lady. she asked for my apple id and she told me she would send me an email. no email. but I clicked download again. it MAGICALLY started to download. she probably did something to my apple id to allow the download to proceed.

it didn't work fro me. It said everything had been downloaded.
I too had same issue but above mentioned solution didn't worked for me. I have updated my OS X El Capitan to latest availabe version and then tried again and it worked for me.

help i am getting this error
im running into this same problem with Sierra Beta 4. App Store shows 9 updates available. Trying to update any one or all, results in a spinning gear in the upper left. No error message, no unfinished downloads, and no way to get the apps. Did not see this problem in any previous developer previews.
Seems to work, earlier i was just getting an error that it could not download. and asking me to try again from the purchases page. but checking for unfinished downloads and then trying again to download now i am able to get the download progress bar
2 days 14 hrs wait time though :-( It is probably gonna fail again.
