App Store not downloading macOS Sierra

I just renewed my Membership on Apples Dev Site, and now I'm trying to update to macOS Sierra - went to the Dev Download Site, redeemed my Download Code via the Download Button and started to download the Update, but had to disconnect my Internet-Cable. But now (of course, after reconnecting the Cable) the download isn't working anymore. I tried to restart my Computer, removed all Caches, even resetted my NVRAM, but I'm still stuck on that:

PS: I am in El Capitan Beta 15G12a

I'm not sure what you mean by try another developer account. Are you suggesting I create another apple id and pay $99 again because of this issue?

I downloaded and installed without a problem on my iMac, this is in reference to not being able to redownload on my other 2 macs as others have noted.

In regards to "It's nothing to do with servers being overloaded." and to call Apple Support...

Apple Support will tell you, you need to contact Apple Developer support, and so far everyone calling them is saying that it's because servers are overloaded. So curious on who told you otherwise to make sure you so confident it's nothing to do with servers being overloaded?

So I called Apple Dev Support and they dont seem to know why this is an issue. They are cjecking to see if there is a one computer restriction on the downloads, I suggested this was ludicrious if true. There was no suggestion of server overload. I also alerted them this does seem to be a widespread issue.

Can I suggest everyone call them and alert them to this so we can get a quicker resolution. https://developer.apple.com/contact/phone/

Waiting for them to come back to me.

OK guys, I've got this issue resolved.

You have to call Apple Developer Support (not the regular Apple Support)

Mention that you have a 10.12 failed dwonload (they've asked me to post this to help you guys)

You will be given a new unique redemption number.

Happy to help, tweet if you need more info

-----------

Edit: I originally listed the number but for some reason it seems to have been changed... I have removed the number though I assure you this is how to rectify the failed download issue. Eric is the gentleman that I spoke to, in fact he called me back after I had originally called in and being told that they do not deal with beta software. THEY DO deal with developer software. Eric informed me that this issue is in fact a regular thing every new beta release and thats why he called me back.

Hope this clears things up, no one actually reached out to me on twitter so sorry, I only just checked back on this thread to see how things are doing.

Good luck.

Was having exactly the same issue, and this worked for me, as well! Thank you!!

Do you get the spinner after successfully installing it on one machine, or have you not been able to download it at all yet?

Wrong phone number. The correct Apple Developer Support number is 800-633-2152.

Your number you gave (800 633-7753) sent me to an automobile telemarketer.

That's not a Dev Support phone number ..

I called in and they gave me a new key. They are working on a fix for this issue - they are aware of it now.

Download of 10.12 timed out initially before finsihing and unfinished downloads also solved my problem. It has solved problems a few times for downloads/updates from app store for me.

Same here. Downloaded and install on my MacBook but my iMac refuses to download. I hit the button and watch the spinner. Signing-in-out and checking for unfinished downloads does nothing.

UPDATE

They have reisuued me with a new code and they have done internal testing and they are all getting the same error. You can download it once and it installs but if you try on a second machine you get the greyed out box and spinning. They have escalated.

The check for unfinished downloads only helps for people who are downloading for the first time, and there download was interrupted for some reason. This ongoing issue is in reference to people who already downloaded and installed successfully on one machine but are ununable to install on other machines they own.

Confirming. Just called Dev Support, had to be re-issued another code and works fine! US support is 1 800 633 2152.

Cheers

I called dev support and they told me they don't deal with beta previews (even after I said it was a developer preview) and that I have to call Apple Care. Sounds ridiculous to me.
