App Store not downloading macOS Sierra

I just renewed my Membership on Apples Dev Site, and now I'm trying to update to macOS Sierra - went to the Dev Download Site, redeemed my Download Code via the Download Button and started to download the Update, but had to disconnect my Internet-Cable. But now (of course, after reconnecting the Cable) the download isn't working anymore. I tried to restart my Computer, removed all Caches, even resetted my NVRAM, but I'm still stuck on that:

PS: I am in El Capitan Beta 15G12a

More confirming! Called Dev Support and asked them to email a new redemption code (they're very busy this morning, so I was happy to let them get to me when they could, rather than sit on their phone lines). Email arrived in less than 5 minutes .. Sierra now downloading ..

Also just called Apple Developer support "1 800 633 2152" <https://developer.apple.com/contact/phone/>. The first time I tried calling got a message saying the CSS network was out of service of something. Called back and went through normally.

Contray to the messages here, and people saying Apple has confirmed the issue, the woman I spoke with wasn't aware of the issue of hand, and also checked with her team and not aware of any such issue. So sounds like the Apple Dev team might not be actually checking these forums for any issues. She said she will be emailing me to request more info such as screenshots.

So either the rep was communicated the issue, or contrary to other people on this forum, maybe Apple is infact not aware of the issue. Will let you know when I hear more.

Even more confirming. Called dev support, they issued me a new code. Downloading now!

They hooked me up with a new code! Now downloading!

Ok... just got off the phone with the Apple rep. The redemption codes are single use codes. You need to get a new code to install it. They "made an exception" for me and got me a new code. Otherwise you need another dev account.

I just called in and he said he couldn't issue me a code and to use the Feedback Assistant app to report this problem.

Not... exactly a great answer.

Got the same message

I called and was given another redemption code. Strangely enough, it appears that our local mac software update server cached it, becuase when I plugged in the redemption code, it downloaded in about 10 seconds, lol. Looking through logs on our server, it served up the file, but I cannot find it locally on that machine anywhere. Strange - making a bootable USB installer now...

Yeah, I was told that I needed to report this via Feedback Assistant and that they could not issue me a code. Lol...

Signing out and signing back in only works if this is your first attempt to download! If you are trying to download this on a second device this will NOT work - BE ADVISED!~. This is nothing any of you have done. This is an Apple issue and theyre not commenting on it (head in the sand technique). Each person on here MUST file a bug report. If you do not do this it looks like it happened to one person only - you MUST file a bug report to get Apple to take this seriously.

All the tricks that normally worked in the past won't work so dont waste your time and get frustrated too. File a bug report. If they get enough of them THEN they'll take it seriously

The problem is bvery simple: you get one redeem code and it only works once. DONE Thats it. Until they unlock the code for multiple attempts no one will be downloading it twice - guaranteed. OK? So go file your bug report so we can get this fixed!!

Mine had same issues, fixed with new redemption code from Dev Support!!

Apple Dev support is telling me the direction from Apple at this point is to wait for the official macOS 10.12 release in the Fall. What's the point of being part of the developer progam then? This is being severely mishandled.

I told them others have been given new codes to redeem and now I'm waiting to speak with a "senior advisor."

UPDATE: The first rep I spoke with was confused as to what I was asking about. The senior advisor is sending me over a new code and mentioned it seems to be an issue that has affected the OS X dev previews in the past on any second download attempt.

Apple Dev support is telling me the direction from Apple at this point is to instruct developers who aren't able to download the macOS 10.12 beta wait for the official release in the Fall...? I told them others in the forum have been given new codes. Is it just me, or does that instruction sound wrong?

UPDATE: The first rep I spoke with was confused as to what I was asking about. The senior advisor is sending me over a new code and mentioned it seems to be an issue that has affected the dev previews for a while on any second download attempt.

For those who 'Check for unfinished downloads...' didn't work, I found with Apple's help that starting in Safe Mode did allow the download to start and complete.

I'm having the same issue. Check for downloads and there is nothing on my account to finish download. But under purchases it shows up. But it will never download. My guess is that Apple has pulled it temporarily due to a bug on Install.
