We've got some manifests that refernce resources prefixed with the skds:// protocol. The logic here is that we translate skd:// -> http:// and skds:// -> https:// in our key fetching. We've been looking for other references to the skds protocol, but have't really been able to find it. Is there some official rule about how URLs should be translated from skd to http or https? Or is this just something weird with these manifests?
