Just to name a few issues I'm having: Feedback getting "stuck" in upload mode, even when the upload symbol is full. Feedback simply not uploading / not even trying. No way to cancel an upload and attempt to reupload the same form. When canceling a upload, it puts it in drafts folder, which I have found incredibly useless, as you can not edit or send to upload afterword. Basically a recycle bin, except where the only choice is to delete permanently, rather than letting it stick around and use up space. Uploading screenshots kills the app at times. Uploading feedback kills the app. Biggest problem: I can't send feedback about the feedback app because the feedback app doesn't work! Of the 12 or so feedbacks I have drafted, only about 4 have gotten though. Not cool!
Fix the feedback app on iOS 10!
Also, the animation that lets you know it's sending the form to upload is layered incorrectly. It should be ABOVE all layers. Except it is layered under the form boxes.
happening here too. one message went out. but the last 2 are still in the outbox, and stuck on 'uploading'....
me too -- feedback outbox show two feedback 'uploading' but no animation and hasn't uploaded for weeks.
is there a fix?

Same here! Feedback gets stuck and I cannot report on this bug because of it. Don't know where to let apple know besides here.
I have two instances of Feedback that are sitting in the Outbox and continuosly say "Compressing". There is no way to resubmit and I've tried killing the app and restarting the phone. How can I get these going? I've had a ton of trouble with the Feedback app since the iOS 10 Beta began.
Hi. I also have this issue and found that if you remove the Diagnostic information the Feedback sends just fine. I added at the bottom of each piece of Feedback that I couldn't add the Diagnostic information because their app doesn't work! Hope it helps!
At least you guys can open the Feedback app. I sign in to my developer account and it tells me to join the Developer Program to use the feedback app. Just a constant loop.

Experiencing same issues here. I struggle not to be cynical and suspicious. Oddly, it worked once, then no longer. It makes one feel that they're permitted one feedback and no more. There have been numerous reports of Feedback app problems, but they go unfixed with each beta release. One can only deduce that this is an indicator of Apple's appetite for user feedback.

I've also had this issue -- endless compressing or spurious errors that never go away. It's hit or miss with each piece of feedback if it was worth filling out or not since it either sends or it doesn't.
Same here... singning in and re-directed to the login page: infinite loop...
I am experiencing the exact same issues. First feedback report went through but now I have two stuck in the outbox. Very dumb considering I am testing the iOS 10 but can't use the mechanism to report back the bugs.

Why don't they provide an online form for Feedback if there is a known issue?
I am also having the same issue. And trying to report it via the very same broken Feedback Assistant app. I realized my Battery Widget's missing report was stuck, so I reported the stuck report, then re-reported the other.
I do agree, why isn't there a means to report the bugs online. I realize getting sys_logs etc to the Mac from the iPad or iPhone wouldn't be as smooth... then again, they do have a unified across the internet thing called iCloud which, technically could store this info too. So if you opened FA on another device or here online, technically that unsubmitted or stuck one should be here waiting too.
I report a decent amount of bugs, this is the first time this has happened.
And I am getting an "Upload Failed" on the re-report. Hitting the purple dot just restarts the uploading part. Frustrated as I am supposedly here to help make the software better and cant even report a broken reporting app.
I'd attach images of this here so someone could see but I can't seem to do that. So here's a link to a screen shot showing the loop. Apple Devs, get a hold of me if you want this fixed. If not, I'm deleting my stuck feedback and will not be so keen on reporting more bugs later if I cant make the app work.
