You don't need TestFlight to update Pokemon Go, you simply go to the App Store, type in Pokemon Go and press update.

Invites for Pokémon go you more then likely cannot get for a number of reasons. Not all app developers use TestFlight, also Pokémon go already works they more then likely won't need any testers until before another major update release. Even if Pokémon go uses TestFlight they won't use just anyone to beta test being that they use a complex coding system that would be difficult to test unless you already know the basics of coding.
