TestFlight code

I can't update any apps unless I redeem a code for TestFlight. I have no idea where this code is. It hasn't been emailed to me. Can anyone help?

It would be very helpful if, in the TestFlight application when you review the side-loaded applications you are testing or using, TestFlight included the redemption code in the details. It is extremely difficult to locate the redeption code, and on some browsers it's impossible.
