I have the beta ios 10 and have run into a couple issues. When submitting the issues using the feedback assistant app, it is stuck in the outbox and says "still compressing". It will not send the feedback form I filled out.
Kind of ironic that the beta asks for feedback but you can't submit feedback to fix the issue!
I am having the same issue. Running the latest public beat of iOS10.
I am also having problems with the compressing on my iPhone 6. I'm not sure if anyone has noticed, but on my mac's feedback app, there are my iPhone's drafts and outbox feedbacks in my drafts folder. I'm not sure if this a beta 7 thing or if this happened before that. I sent my iPhone feedback through my mac just fine. When it said the build, it was showing the iPhone builds when i was completing one of my outbox feedbacks.
Exactly the same problem. This is the first time I've ever experienced this and I ran the public beta software when it started on iOS and I have never had a feedback assistant that seems to be unable to send filled in reports. So if it seems that iOS 10 is working well I wonder how many others like me have three reports that have been compressing for at least a week. So you need to look at this apple please cause something that just works, doesn't!
Exactly the same problem here. Got 2 feedbacks sitting in the outbox in status "compressing". One for more than a week, the new one from today is now stuck, too. I've created a ticket in the apple bug reporter from my desktop computer over the web interface.
UPDATE:
If you hit the little wheel on the top left (Settings) and then sign out and back in again the reports show as transmitted and have a bug-id. So it looks like they are submitted after all. Also you are able to resume a draft and hit send again.

Sollution for this problem:
Hello, please go to the left top wheel and logout of the feedback app. Don't worry your message won't be lost.
Then login again with your apple id. After login your feedback message wil be in draft. You can read it or change it or just send it again.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. Another problem... It said something about my password for icloud needed to be changed, then brought up icloud, but it never opened? and there is no way to close the greyed out icloud tab... even in activity monitor
Logging out then back into the app does not get my feedback messages sent. It will recompile the needed files but when I hit submit they stay stuck in my outbox. Anyone have any other ideas?
same issue for me. I never had a feed back report make it through the upload process. To me feedback on a beta is critical info.

I solved this by pressing "Reset Warnigns". Stopped compressing and started uploading immediately.
This issue has been around for the last month.
In my opinion it is still not fixed.
The suggestions to log out etc may assist some, but not all.
I have several reports sitting in draft - still not able to send.
These have been waiting to send since the beginning of the month. Tried again today - no success.
I have about a dozen other reports to generate, but until they fix this tool, they are just that.
Update: I managed to connect by NOT sending the system generated attachments - just a screen shot. Not much use, but atleast I did manage to connect - somewhat.
So far the best way I've discovered to get a message to get past the outbox is to not include the attached files and let it go before it can gather diagnostic files. Otherwise, it just hangs out in the Outbox while "compressing."
Si this still happens in beta 5, I found a way to fix it, reset the warnings and then log out and log in again until you get a prompt to accept Apple's policies, then it will let you send everything immediately. I remember the first time I got the prompt but it disappeared which was weird, maybe that was the problem for me.
