right now I am on iOS 9, and I enrolled in the beta to get the latest iOS beta. Installed profile etc fine but stuck at downloaded requested, estimated time is ther but it's not moving been like that for a while. Did the following
reboot, hard reset reboot, reset network settings,removed and re installed profile and nothing. Right now I would just be happy if it times out or something or goes through. Any ideas?

I had the same situation and more or less did all those same actions.
At the end I decided to download the latest IOS 10 firmware, take a full backup, and upload firmware via itunes and restore backup.

the same for me, I can't update OTA my Ipad pro 12.9, stuck at "update requested".
And with Itunes I get the error 14 on OS X and windows.

ssince I was still on iOS 9.x I said the heck with it, did a reset and restore to get me on 9.x and I will just wait till official release. And I was also on IPP 12.9
ssame here, I did not installed earlier betas on my 12" iPad Pro and tried via OTA to direct jump to GM, since several hours no reaction on the message and no download started.
worked well on iP6S+, iPad mini retina
Same for me, stuck on my iPad Pro 12", with the OTA upgrade. Tried to restore with the 10 firmware with iTunes, but no success: Unknown error. So I restore it to 9.3.5 and retry the OTA and the 10 restoratio. Same issues. I'm back on the 9.3.5.
ON my iPhone 6 Plus, the OTA worked like a charm.
hhope this is not a bad omen for Tuesday official release for IPP 12.9. 😕

Same issue with me as well. iPad Pro 12.9. Tried OTA as well as restore via iTunes. No luck. This needs to get resolved.
SEeing the same thing since yesterday on larger iPad Pro. Tried restarting, removing and re-adding beta profile, airplane mode toggle, etc. No luck. Update went through fine on iPhones and smaller iPad Pro, so something unique to the 12.9 and sever side possibly. Suprised they have not fixed this yet...

Iphone 6 worked fine, Ipad air worked fine, but Iphone 6 plus got error 56.
Same isssue with ipad 12.9. No issues with iphone 6.
uupdated the post name to show its IPP 12.9 related. But agai hope someone sees this from Apple as tuesday will be disaster.
Had the same issue as you with iPad Pro 12.9. But this worked for me...
Just download the restore ipsw file and use it to update the ipad via itunes (option key+ click on "check for update"), choose the ipsw file and it will upgrade your device, not restore it. Do a backup first.
