Hi,


We would like to re-brand an iOS app (complete brand, color, trademark, company name will change). And submit it as a new iOS app (The re-branded app will be submitted from a new Apple developer account)


Is this allowed? Is it okay if we submit multiple apps (each one completely re-branded and from a different company) but having similar functionality?

You can't spam the App Store. But if the apps are differently branded then that's not spamming (IMHO) and it should be ok. You must use a clearly different icon and bundle identifier.
