what forms of payment can i use to charge users for my app? if i have apple collect the payments on my behalf what are the charges associated with this? if i use a credit card provider like visa, will apple charge me for this? thanks.

Apple charges users for the app on the dev's behalf.
Apple takes 30% and devs get 70% for each app sold thru the store.
Users pay Apple - Apple pays the dev.
You can't use another form of payment to sell a store app.
