Xcode wants to access key "com.apple.dt.XcodeDeviceMonitor" in your keychain

Still getting this really annoying popup .... using Xcode 8.2 downloaded from Mac App Store, running macOS10.12.2

Still occurs regularly when opening Macbook after 10.12.2 Sierra update

What worked for me (finally) was to move the password to the System keychain.

Editing the keychain entry won't work because the key is deleted when XCode exits and re-created during the next session.

I probably have a solution : 1. Open keychain 2. Search for "xcode" 3. Drag it to the "System" section on the left 4. Type your password It seems to work.

I have the same problem after updating to Sierra
