Universal App Quick Start Forum?

Is the forum not up yet? I have a lot of questions already but I'm pretty sure I'm not allowed to post them on the regular forums yet.

I thought I was, but when I went to reply here it made me log in again. After logging in, I can now see the forum.

We had our application to the Universal App Quick Start Program successfully submitted several days ago. Any idea what the hold time is before a response is provided?

Looks like Apple abandoned us at DTK.. No documentation, no response on DTK forums, zip, none, nada. Disappointing.
