Running IO14 and windows 10
iTunes Has failed to sync
iTunes times out /Hangs on Steps 3of 3 "copying diagnostic information"
But the message and result has been active in past betas of 13.0 - 13.6 now beta 14
Sync will not finish - Times out and gives up -
Ipad os IPadOS on “IPad Pro 10.5”
NOTE on the iPhone 8 Plus - the sync works fine processes as expected
Same device and cable - iPad fails to process 3 of 3 “copy diagnostic information”
NOTE Ipad - the Ipad has not synced properly since 13.0 or so.
How do i clear the error or reset the sync to process the sync.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes 2 times deleting libararies but to no avail.
