We are building an application that connects coaches of different topics (language, yoga, cooking etc) with learners. Learners can book online sessions and pay the coaches over the application, then the session happens via a video call over the application. That is a basic learning marketplace application between coaches and learners.
We had planned to receive the payments with the credit card of learners (via Stripe Connect etc.)
In the last days I have received feedback from other developers that Apple has started to reject such payment methods and forces the inapp purchase path.
I have also read some articles which support this inapp purchase theory.

Does anyone have recent experience how Apple Review Team approaches such online learning platforms?
I have seen that many similar apps have passed the review with credit card option. Even AirBnb online experiences classes can be purchased with credit card over the app. But since Apple has requested now AirBnb to change this now, I am confused.
