Can I use the "Apple Color Emoji.ttf" in an Android app? (Since big names like Telegram does that)

Thanks for the wonderful Apple series! As we know, the same emoji looks different on Android and iOS (e.g. see unicode.org/emoji/charts/full-emoji-list.html). Moreover, many apps use the "apple color emoji"s on their Android version, such as Telegram, WeChat, and so on.

Thus, I wonder whether I can put "Apple Color Emoji.ttf" (or similar font file) in my Android app? If no, can I make them into small images and include them into my Android app (just as what Telegram does)?

Use in Android app seems forbidden as well of course.
